At Bala, we want you to love your gear as much as your workout. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unused equipment in its original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your Bala products.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.
Receive Refund or Credit
After our team inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
